Target Audience:- Individuals searching to buy property in Liverpool, particularly high-end or waterfront apartments
Strategy & Execution
We initially launched 3 search campaigns targeting different user intents:
Brand Awareness
Focused on keywords related to “Tobacco Warehouse” to capture branded search traffic.Luxury Apartments
Targeted high-intent queries combining “Liverpool” with luxury real estate terms.Lifestyle & Property Types
Broader targeting based on apartment types and lifestyle preferences.
After early success with search campaigns, we expanded into Google Display Network (GDN) to boost visibility and re-target past visitors.

We tested Responsive Display Ads vs. Image-Only Ads in an A/B test.
Surprisingly, Image-Only Ads delivered a significantly lower CPA, so we paused responsive formats and focused on visual creatives, increasing overall efficiency.
